Kukkutasana – Cock Pose

From a seated lotus position, place your hands on the floor directly in front of your knees. Keep your palms flat on the floor, with your fingers pointing straight ahead and spread apart.

Lift your hips off the floor and curl your spine, sucking your stomach in. Straighten your arms and lock your elbows.

Shift as much of your weight forward into your hands as you can. Using your core strength, in one swift, powerful movement, slide your knees up your forearms, past your elbows, and into your armpits.

Lift your chin and look forward.

Lower your knees and hips back down to the floor.

Uncross your legs from the lotus position, then turn around and relax in Savasana.
