It’s not what you expect!
Hot Yoga is a completely different, challenging and fun way to get a complete body workout. The room is heated to approx. 40 degrees Celsius, which allows the muscles ligaments and joints to stretch without injury. The combination of the heat and the 26 posture series develop flexibility, strength and balance. They challenge the mind and open the heart, allowing for major changes in your body. You will be stronger, healthier and have a much more positive outlook.

Our classes offer something for everyone. No matter what your level of fitness you will find our Hot Yoga class very challenging and energizing. Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced in other forms of yoga this 60, 75 or 90 minute workout will give you something new and exciting. IT is an ideal exercise for women and men of all ages and abilities.
Our staff is devoted to helping you on your path to becoming a yogi or yogini and is always happy to answer any questions you may have.
