Live Class Schedule
Hot yoga is a form of yoga performed in a studio that is heated to about 105 F (40 C) and 40% humidity. Hot Yoga New West was a Bikram Yoga studio until 2013 when we dropped the name. We still offer Bikram Method classes but also many other types of yoga, and fitness classes as well, in the heat to help releases toxins, as well as classes in room temperature.
Our 90-minute class consists of the Bikram Yoga method of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. The postures increase strength, balance and flexibility. They lengthen the muscles and can produce overall body healing.
New to the practice or short on time, the 60 minute class is perfect for you! It features one set of each of the traditional 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.
Yin Yoga is a more gentle style of yoga that targets the connective tissues -like the lower spine, hips and pelvis. Poses are held for a longer period of time in a candlelit room to soft music playing in the background. Boooriinggg – you may be thinking, but Yin Yoga gives you the time and space to help you open up, go deeper, and even further your practice in the hot room. You can’t have your yang without your yin!

What is Barre Fit you ask? it focuses on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises. The barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training.
