The answer to this is, yes.
You may go to a kettle bell class if you haven’t done the workshop but you won’t be allowed to use the weights. You will still get a great workout.
Kettle Bell classes are: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 and Sundays at 11:20.
The classes are scheduled so you can do a kettle bell class followed by a 1 hour Hot class.
Yin yoga is a more gentle style of yoga that targets the connective tissues -like the lower spine, hips and pelvis. Poses are held for a longer period of time in a candlelit room to soft music playing in the background. Boooriinggg – you may be thinking, but yin yoga gives you the time and space to help you open up, go deeper, and even further your practice in the hot room. You can’t have your yang without your yin!
